everytime i use a pill pack and spawn it in (these pill packs are other pill packs not this one) it doesnt show the model or the body of the pill, and i have quite a few errors in my console that represent this -

i tried reinstallin gmod twice and also did -dxlevel 90 in my launch options and i have to mention that i use 64 bit chromium in gmod because when i want to play gmod on 32 bit it would freeze and crash midway through loading screen, i disabled lots of other addons and none even was conflicting with this i think
