There is no perk for Titans at the moment and it feels underwhelming to have a Titan with 5 fighters per wing when a carrier which is far smaller has five times this amount. Plus, because Titans are quite static by nature, it benefits a lot to have fighters with a lot of mobility.
In other words, I can give the Railgun perk the effects of the carrier familiarity perk. However, the carrier familiarity effect of the railgun perk will still effect Carriers.
In order to change (or add) the thing the perk is changing, I would need to find the code that dictates the effect itself. Which I had searched for and not found when making the origional Carriers: Reduxed before I seperated the perks portion into this mod.
I also suspect the file in question would be heavily encrypted.
