Here's my overcomplicated, garbage idea:

Successful shots made with this weapon instantly load a bullet (not from ammo reserve; an extra shot just appears in your clip when you hit someone)
Every 30 damage done with secondary/melee weapons also loads a bullet (same as last point)
This weapons reloads its entire clip at once
+50% faster firing speed
+33% more pellets per shot

-66% clip size
-50% max primary ammo on wearer
-30% slower reload speed (the reloading animation could include scout struggling to push the barrels down or something, or it could just be the force-a-nature animation slowed down)

0 Fires Slugs, that deal 75 DMG per hit

Fire Solid Slug Rounds instead of Pellets ( Max.Dmg: 75 | 50 | Min.Dmg: 25 )
Knockback on shooter

-66,6% Clip Size
Slug Rounds are Projectile instead of Hitscan ( Same travel speed as Direct Hit Rocket )
Deals more Damage the Further away the Target is

CONS: less clip size
Insane knockback on user (Hence the name "The KICKBACK" hint hint)
uses entire clip at once
15%ish slower reload time

PROS: Faster Firing speed
40 percent MORE damage
on succesful hit: increased amount of bullets
on chain hit multiplied damage (makes up for knockback)
Pros:

+25% faster firing speed
+Reloads entire clip at once
+Can fire both shots at once by pressing secondary fire, launching both the user and any nearby targets.
+Secondary fire can be used for much higher force jumps than the Force-a-Nature

Cons:

-66% smaller clip
-Double shot takes off 25hp on wielder.
-33% less pellets per shot

Complicated stats.. Let the bigs boys in.

PROS:
30% faster firing speed
10% more damage

CONS:
This weapon holsters 10% slower
10% slower move speed on wearer
On meatshot: return 1 round
25% firing speed
20% higher pellet count
20% less accurate
66% clip size penalty
50% slower reload
Sort of a "kamikaze"-type of gun. if you land constant meatshots, you can continue firing forever. But if you don't, you'll have to face the harsh reload time and small clip.

Stats based off the FAN
+Fires both shells at once.
+25% more pellets pers shell
+10% more accurate
-25% less damage
-15% longer reload time
No knockback

They wouldn't go with the slugs just do to the fact that it would turn Scout into medium to long range damage output class and it would throw gameflow way off
