Stepochkin the Paratrooper Confirmed???

The character in the game sounds almost exactly like Stepochkin, who also happens to be a paratrooper (Stepochkin was also released in 2004, this expansion 2005)

Absolutely no. Fem version of Shtopor has been voiced by Fedor Suhov (or Stukov), while male version has been voiced by Petr Ivashenko (Glanc).
