Yes, yes yes, but maybe even:

100% Crits when in air

No random Crits

Insta kill if you hit someone else while in air with this.

Like the eyelander but everytime you smash someones head in it increases damage and swing speed.
-10% HP
NO CRITICAL HITS
(the minus 10% HP because there was a reason why the eyelander didn't go up in damage, too powerfull, may need to be more HP taken away and maybe MINUS 20% healing speed.)
