Have we got any Stats?
If so please tell me. It looks like a classic TF2 weapon with the cartoon style but if this weapon is another reserve shooter weapon then please kill me.

stats.. hm.
clip size:1
direct hit damage:60
splash damage:25~40..?
shoot only 1 pellet.
pellet is explosive.
range is 3x of flame thrower.
explosive range -40% smaller than rocket.
reload speed +20%
if you deploy this weapon in 4 seconds, damage will increase 33%.
is it op?

I think because it is a riot gun, it should shoot beanbags that do very little with a slow reload and a 1 round chamber but it should be able to stun enemies, the idea could use some tweaking though.

Projectile doesn't arc
Splash Damage burns in a very small radius

Would probably work great for farther range targets

-35% chance to bonk enemy on hit
-15 Damage
-If shot while bonked you get a minicrit
-No arc
-No splash
-15% slower fire rate
-Enemies with more than 200 health take crits instead of minicrits

Stats built comparatively to the Flare Gun :

(i) Fires a smoke grenade that lasts 3 seconds, covering a small area in a thick smoke cloud.

(+) 40% damage vs burning players.

(-) Cannot set enemies on fire.
(-) No random critical hits.

Unstated info :

Players behind the smoke cloud cannot be targeted by enemy sentries, and cannot have their health read by enemy spies or medics using the Solemn Vow.

Damage decreases drastically with distance.

=Can charge up to 4 seconds for longer range and increased chance of stun.
=On Hit: Creates team colored smoke for 5 seconds
+50% chance of stunning opponent
+15% closer range
+On Hit: 20% faster movement speed and/or switch speed
-15% damage penalty
-50% less ammo (3 instead of 6)
-20% slower bullet speed
-On Miss: 20% slower movement speed and/or switch speed




This can used as a really good escape tool, for when you need it. Oh and this isn't a flare gun, it's a shotgun.

Oh also, please tell me what you think about my stats.

Well,
i-Charge "Riot Mode" by dealing damage (125) with secondary (or whatever slot this goes in)
+Fires 2 50 damage slugs per second (1 Ammo used)
+Reloads all ammo at once
-50% ammo capacity
-66% clip size
-Reload takes 1.5 seconds to reload.

It said it's a smoke launcher, which seems cool but it's pretty situational. I could imagine some concepts being like:

-Fires a canister that makes a cloud of gas, when ignited anyone inside is effected with afterburn and can be crit by flares or explosives (So you need to have cooperation with team to use it effectively)

-Fire's a smoke grenade that gives speed boost to friendlies but a speed penalty to enemies

Could make pyro useful for pushes or something

What if you when you finish off an enemy that you set on fire with the Riot Cannon, will cause then said person will to explode!!! Creating a fire bomb that sets their nearby teammates on fire in the blast radius (and yes since it's a explosion it does have a blast radius)
+Faster reload speed +Farther range -Less Ammo -Less Damage
And being too near the blast radius will also harm you as well.
