im not even going to post my specs because of how stupid i feel even wondering this with how much better my system is right now
Ican run the entire collection without crash and multiple addons with my half-good laptop without any FPS Drop (block at 60,sometime down to
43 but thats not the Collection's issue its from my laptop). Only problem is dûe to my low RAM (only 8) taking years in the Loading / Transition Chapters.
It's same for my old ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop that only turned L4D2 in 40FPS in medium. None of my both laptop have super OP spec' they are like. . . Half-Good, Half-Bad. So, if for me its working for these low spec I have, then it should for others too. .-.

Notes:
Im using around 125 Mods (Guns, Texture mods, Player models, ect)
Summary:
I am literally running the bare minimum for any game past 2014. So much so I cant even play a game that has been released within the past 4 years without going to the lowest graphics and resolution. However, even when playing L4D with my graphics settings and mods (before getting these 4k textures) I was averaging about 55-65 FPS on No Mercy, Death toll, Blood harvest, Dead center and Dead air. After getting these 4k textures im getting about 50-60 FPS, and I don't really notice it other then getting a few stutters here and there (issues with having 1GB VRAM). Basically im saying that if I can run it, you can (If you cant, please do prove me wrong)
TL:DR
Im on a laptop that should've blown up 2 years ago, getting around 50-60 frames with these 4k textures and running 125 mods, I'm fairly sure you can run this on your moms work desktop.
my config
intel i7 9750h
