The scout moves slow and not fast as he is supposed to move. The only mods i have are events and fast travel

Got a glitch that says something about a missing asset called "kukri.zip"

Message: "Could not find an asset matching anim/kukri.zip in any of the search paths"

is this a weapon thing? It's preventing me from creating a server with scout enabled. thx
