Impossible to build a nuclear bomb or pass EU reforms
Hello when I have a country in my faction and i want pass EU reforms it's impossible because in the decisions it displays 0 despite the events and it's the same thing for nuclear bomb FIX IT PLS

Read description ive stated that mod causing compatibility problems in 1.25 its compleatly unusable in 1.24 last properly working version of game supproting this feature was 1.23 and 1.22 .
im not going to fix this mod using some tricks(its possible to avoid this bug) since i dont have time to do so.
