You have to enter the valley like you're heading to the sorcerer's tower. In the valley, the path will turn away from the gorge and you'll encounter two wolves. At the point where the path turns there is a hidden cave below the path you're on.

Just jump over the side, but stay close to the wall. You don't want to go all the way down, just a little bit. Once you land, follow that path into a tunnel. On the other side there is a massive bandit camp (it's three normal-sized camps combined into one) where you'll kill Atulg.

There is a gate that requires a key to open. I don't know where that key is yet.

Also on your way back to Skyrim you may find another hidden cave. It's called Hjalfaar Valley (I think. That's where I am now). You get there by jumping all the way down and following the stream. DO NOT GO THERE YET! The stream will push you into the valley, and I haven't found an exit yet. I haven't tried fast-travel yet, because I'm looking for a normal way out. I've been climbing around for quite some time with no luck. If I don't find a normal exit I'll try the fast travel tomorrow.
