Need help with Floating Islands

Sadly, I'm not a mage, so I can't quite understand this, but I know it has something to do with magic, can anyone help me?

Shoot fire ball at next visible dragon icon. You will be teleported to the next island. If you don't have fire ball, try another fire-related destruction spell.

Also,you dont need magic, the magic is in the method of transportation only... :) ...I was able to activate the dragon icons by hitting them with any arrow fired from a fire enchanted bow. You may have to experiment with the teleportation order to be able to see the next icon.
