change how loadouts work
lets so i want all my people to carry some meds and food, and i select the gun if i make a loadout like that without a gun, when i tell them to pickup a gun they drop it as soon as they pick it up. with auto pick up ammo i would like to set how much they pickup

This is somthing so small that can be easily done by just selecting classes its not even worth rewriting the mods code.
