Since people are having trouble finding it on their own:
The One-Inch Punch is upgraded in a similar way to origins.
Find a place with a sort of fog above the ground. The zombies' fists will glow when they enter this area. Punch them until you get a tablet.

Your upgraded punch will have an element effect added to it if you have a staff.
