Do you have any pictures of what you're talking about?
I suppose theres not really any actual prewar textures avaliable seeing as Fallout 3 took place entirely post war and that seems to be where you ported it from.
I could probably get some prewar textures made for you.
I can get you the Diffuse, UVs, Mask, and/or Blockout Map (Same as Mask but with different colors), if you want a reference to use.

(I first subscribed to alot of these armor mods back when the game first came-out, and I'm under the assumption this wasn't fixed yet)
I know it seems easier to just go with unlimmited customization, but after getting a paladin ready, everytime I had to upgrade his armor I'd have to re-tailor him because when you upgrade/change armor with the UC addon mounted, it just scatters the armor combos into rng heaven and makes me want to vomit. And there's several armor tiers to go through, and I (and god knows how many other people) have to repeat the process.... CONSTANTLY.
So, yea.
