Though I'd Have to agree, there's WAY too little Team color to tell the difference from Friend or foe.

This really trying to jump on the hype train on having every class poise a little and a little bit more skin underneath their clothes isn't it? Least with the demoman the contrasting colors of both the binds of his armbands next to his natural hue make it more clear from a distance which team he's on. There's not much here to go on indicating friend or foe here, not even any armbands or anything. Just a little bit of jagged clothes sticking out his dark vest, and MAYBE his elbows if people take a moment to closely inspect the smaller details.

Which isn't very doable in a quicktime trigger finger multiplayer shooter, now isn't it?

Least what you could do is recolor the vest itself to reflect what team he's on rather than maintain the default one, (Like they did for heavy,) I fail to see why you couldn't consider the idea when you have all the free reign to make as much custom cosmetic concepts out there as you want with very few limitations inbetween, (With exemption to legality and obeying copyright at least.)

Quite literally, anything goes, but for whatever reason you decided to change as little as possible and forgot to compensate for the now parted inbetween.

But Hey, at least eventually we'll finally have some sort of clue to what the pyro looks like underneath all that flamesuit. ;3
