Kevlar Vests
It is said in the description that the item "wears out" , could any developer explain this a bit more?

The more it is shot/stabbed, the less effective it gets. Hence the % sign below the vest.

Yet the protection level does not decrease with the damage right?

Also would you consider an anti-stab vest that protects both the front and the back of the user against melee damage but doesn't stop bullets? Make it about 300

I have been considering that, If I do go that route then I would make it to where it cannot be overwritten by another vest and the VIP is stuck with it. The protection doesn't decrease as the health of the vest decreases.

A bit stealing something from TTT but a decoy radio or something that you can put on the walls or hide on a prop and use a command to produce sounds
