Hey uh guys. This hat is part of NOTLU, the greatest community event in TF2 history. About 99% of the items submitted for it will have a mod. A mod for this hat can be found here http://halloween.tf2mods.net/death.php

Not to be a buzz, but the mod could use a modd change. It only replaces the Officer's Ushanka at this time.
