No Step Back Incompatibility
Hello.

In the NSB DLC, there is a new war goal type called "independence_wargoal"
This is not present in your mod and that forces Soviet republics like Ukraine to be independent without any war, breaking the Soviet civil war.

I hope you can fix this.
