Guys It would have to be a placable carrier because of the fact that if a plane landed, unturned physics would take in as a colision causing the plane to shoot back into the ocean or the carrier to tip, either way i dont think have a drivable carrier that is a landing strip will work

make a the LHD-2 USS essex ;P probably the smallest US carrier

I agree. Unless you modded collisions to make it so when the carrier moves all vehicles on it lock to the hull and you would have to tweak the collision propretys with the carrier to make it. Well not explode or flip or any of that crazy unturned stuff. And it would probably move while the character stands still. This is probably impossible. At least if you want it to not make you shut your machine forever out of plain rage. (Just noting I forgot how to spell "Propretys")

Aircraft Carrier = Hard to drive it, its recommended on ocean not river, Its impossible to land it by aircraft if the aircraft carrier keep moving even slightly move it would be disaster and need more effort to make this.

Speak for yourself. I thought the HMS Iron Duke was pretty cool. Why not have a smaller aircraft carrier, not that you can walk in or anything. But something like that would be amazing.
