How to change Vanilla Dinos with JP Dinos?
Heyho guys,

Im currently trying some ARK-Project and i want to swap some Vanilla Dinos with the JP Version.
After 2 Days I dont get it and ask now here for some help :D
What I tryed already for exemple:
NPCReplacements=
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Ptero_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
(FromClassName="Ptero_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="PteroJP_Character_BP_C")
ConfigAddNPCSpawnEntriesContainer=(NPCSpawnEntriesContainerClassString="DinoSpawnEntriesBeach_C",NPCSpawnEntries=((AnEntryName="Ptero",EntryWeight=0.1,NPCsToSpawnStrings=("Ptero_Character_BP_C"))),NPCSpawnLimits=((NPCClassString="Ptero_Character_BP_C",MaxPercentageOfDesiredNumToAllow=0.2)))

Would be glad if some can help or just simple show me the right way to edit them :)

You can simple block the Vanilla dinos from spawning and let JP run wild. You can do it in the ini files. I don't know if this forum will block the link but this will block some of them and you can manually type the entries for the others. http://arksurvivalevolved.gamewalkthrough-universe.com/dedicatedservers/customizationtools/dinospawnconfigurationtool/Default.aspx

Okay also exacly what I have done, just without replacing like this :
(FromClassName="Ptero_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="PteroJP_Character_BP_C")
I will try it later out and repeat then . Thanks for your help.

Make sure you are placing in the correct ini file.
