If you're referring to the raptor from JP3, I'm pretty sure the spawn replacement code is: NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="JP3Raptor_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
Idk the spawn code but this code has its NPC name which enough for you to make a spawn code

I believe it is: admincheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/JP3Raptor/JP3Raptor_Character_BP.JP3Raptor_Character_BP'" 500 0 0 35

This spawns a level 35 JP3 Velociraptor. You can change the 25 at the end to whatever level you want. Cheers.
