Spawn rates in Valguero zones?

I know some modders aren't a fan of the map so a lot of modded creatures won't spawn on Valguero exclusive zones.

Is there anything I can do myself to add spawns to these zones? If i replace a vanilla dino with a JPE dino will it spawn in the vanilla dino's zone?
