Why the JP dinos don't spawn?

I am on lost island and I up the spawn dinos and the difficulty but I have see 0 JP dinos and I have travel all the map. What can i do to up the wild spawn of the JP dinos?

This is too late but the same problem happenend to me, I cleared a pretty decent part of the map and the creatures of the mod doesn't spwn, I was just about to uninstall the mod when I tried a DestroyWildDinos and it worked, since them the mod creatures started spawning, a lot
