As I love Halloween I love this item, this is what i think the item should do, it won't remove 15 health like the sandman. It should do what they old sandman did, it will "Scare" the opponent for a certain period of time the farther away you are until it Bonks them. Like many others have said the projectile is a pumpkin. Maybe the pumpkin should be a mini Horseless Headless Horsemann's head instead of a cartoony looking pumpkin.
