Sorry for the late reply, I forgot to subscribe to this topic;
Are you using the Requiem patch, or the Requiem and Default Skeletons patch?
If you're not also using the full Requiem Mod,[www.nexusmods.com] then I suggest removing those two patches. Without the gameplay overhaul they are based on, your character will start out incredibly weak.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what could be causing it.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I picked dovabear and noticed that it near one hitted everything, which is when I decided to stop playing and start screwing around. maybe he fixed it and I sound stupid now, idk.
