Stats
-10% damage
Has a soul counter, like the head counter in eyelander. The more souls, the more health the spy got (+10HP/Soul at a max of 175 (5 Souls)
+Backstabbing a scout will give you a scout speed until you do another back-stab
+Backstabbing disguises you as your target
-5% speed
+20% vulnerability to fire

New Strange Parts: <Class> Souls stolen (E.G: Scout Souls Stolen, 274

Taunt: Will get the knife, will throw it to the air, catch it to the left hand, then do it again, catch it with the right hand, then he will say some magic words that will make the blade of the knife larger (As large as the eyelander blade) and will stab the floor that will release a green energy wave that will kill any enemy in 5ft, It will do more damage the more souls you got. With 5 souls it will do 500 damage, and will consume the souls. Default damage= 50
1 Soul, 150
2 Souls, 250
3 Souls 325
4 Souls 400
5 Souls 500

what about

upon backstab: you gain the essence of the player meaning you move as fast as them, and have their health (not in overheal)

while being the player:
+you can fire their weapons
-100% weapon damage
+ -55% damage from all sources
-upon non-backstab: the dark souls will punish you, causing temporary blindness

sidenote: you always keep your butterfly knife, but it looks like the person your disguised as melee

what about

The thing that you can fire their weapons its too op, I would like more something like this:
+Firing a weapon, will make as if you was firing the disguise weapon.
+Wont undisguise if use your gun, unless you hit a enemy
-You will undisguise and will be unable to cloak/attack for 3 seconds if you hit a enemy with a pistol while disguised.

Alt-fire: teleport behind a random player ( 50-50 chance of it being an enemy or friendly )
On backstab: builds "souls" meter, 5 "souls" completely fills up meter
+4% movement speed per soul

-75 health on teleport
-20% slower firing speed
On miss: drains 'souls" meter

why do you decrease damage done you stupid ♥♥♥♥♥, you don't even stab from front unless in very clutch situation, decreasing damage is hardly a downside

+On backstab: You disguise as target and you cant collide with enemies (You can pass them without bumping)
+On Backstab: Your weapons gives you 50 additional damage to front attacks.

+Getting a bigger penis

The Pros :

on Backstab , Give U Speed Of The Same Speed When You Get Hit By The Disciplinary Action For 3 Seconds

Your Speed Will Be Like Demoman Speed , All The Time

The Cloake And Dagger Will Decreases So Fast While You On Speed

It's not a spy with 500 hp, it's one that, on taunt, does 500 damage in a range around the spy.

I believe this stat config would be alright. Perhaps give it a non-lethal taunt though, considering this knife is powerful as is. Maybe taunting while disguised would allow your disguise to taunt (including stuff like the conga, schadenfreude, high-five, etc.)

On Back Stab:
Enemy Vanishes into Blade
Enemy Screams Which can be heard across the map
Damages User on Miss-Stab -20 *hitting the air*
Adds Health with Each Soul *Quote From Illuminati Confirmed*
1 Soul, 150
2 Souls, 250
3 Souls 325
4 Souls 400
5 Souls 500
On Miss-Stab Chance to bring user to 20 HP *hitting the air*
Knife Slash does -20 damage to the regular knife
Adds Green Eye Effect on 5 Souls *like Eyelander Sword*
Taunting takes away 2 souls and scares enemys making it so they can not attack and only move around *like when the headless horsemen makes you go YIKES*
