Multiplayer always says "Getting Course Data" even when both players have the map
Hi,

Every time i try and play a map with my friend we cant because the person who hosts can get into the game and play, but the other friend just sees "Getting Course Data" for > 5 mins, then cannot control anything when they finally get in....

Hey there,

Thanks for the report. That is very odd, since the host shouldn't be able to start playing until all players have received the course data. And not being able to control anything after it finishes loading is also not right at all.

Would you and your friend be able re-create the issue and then send me the game log files? The file is located at <steam games directory>\common\MiniGolf Maker\MiniGolf Maker_Data\output_log.txt, and you can send it to support@roadturtlegames.com

I've looked through your logs and I've found the source of the problem.

It's actually a pretty big issue so I will be releasing a hotfix for it tonight.
