Will it be possible to purchase the Dodgeball separately, or it forever stays only as a pre-order bonus for Revive?

Day is running late, would really like to try it out before I go to sleep tonight! Anyone else still waiting with great anticipation?

At the very least I hope they implement achievements

I'm just wondering if those who've played it (and have also played Super Dodgeball for the NES) would say that this is just the NES game re-skinned. This looks like it runs on the exact same 8-bit engine with all of the terrible choppiness of the original. It would be naive to expect an actual reboot on what looks like more of a minigame love letter to the original, as is appropriate since it's attached to another modern game, BUT I wish they would have just smoothed the frame rate a bit....
