- Your hardware configuration (CPU, RAM, GPU, SSDs, PSU, Game Devices, and whether you've overwritten your CPU and/or RAM).
- Your user interface (Windows version, whether you're using a VPN or not, if you're using an antivirus other than Windows Defender (specify which one), and if you have any other applications running other than Steam and CarX Street).
- Finally, specify your internet connection (via SpeedTest: down and up speeds, and latency of your connection), and specify whether you're using Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
If you experience game crashes, even without an error message:
- On your keyboard, press the Windows key + R
- Then, in the Run field, type eventvwr and OK
- In the left column, expand the "Windows Logs" sub-group, then click once on "Application".
- In the center column, look for a message with a red symbol whose timestamp corresponds to the time of the game crash. Left-click on it to display the error message in the view that appears below:
* Copy the general message and share it with us / Then, in the "Details" tab, in simplified view, open the "System" info to get the precise crash information, copy everything and share it with us. Depending on the user's system settings and hardware configuration, an error code can be valuable information to guide the narrower selection of possible game crashes.
Without all this, complaining about a game crash will serve no purpose other than to lengthen the list of complaints about game crashes without specific information about the machine on which the crash occurred.
I have a 3060 Ti, 32GB RAM, and an R7 5800x.
I mean, the game used to run around 120-170fps, depending on the region, with everything on ultra 1080p.
Do you've checked/tried that ?

Thanks a ton for sharing this! I initially checked Windows Logs > Application but did not find any problems, went to Windows Logs > System and discovered that Easy Anti-Cheat was blocking CarX Street\steam_api64.dll. I deleted the file, verified the game’s integrity via Steam and it finally works! I’ve been stuck for a month, and your solution got me through with just a small tweak.
If you're stuck at the Easy Anti-Cheat loading screen and the game crashes or closes right after, try this fix:
1. Delete steam_api64.dll from your CarX Street folder
2. Verify game integrity via Steam
3. Launch the game and check if it works
And it's proof that mutual assistance and the constructive sharing of experiences allow us to find solutions together and move this issue forward beyond simply saying "my game crashed, I'm frustrated and unhappy."
Well done, Vanz, for the solution you found, and I wish you lots of fun on the road
I noticed this morning in the tunnel time attack that the first and second place finishers, who had clearly unfair times (0:45), were removed from the rankings. They were still there yesterday. The devs are probably taking action against certain abuses (AND THAT'S A VERY GOOD THING!).
Regarding your times, without allowing myself to claim anything, were your times legitimate (without cheating)?
Besides, I saw you spamming your problem in the in-game chat...
If your times were legitimate, if you managed to achieve the first time, try again; perhaps you'll be able to improve on your previous time.
If you have a screenshot of your times, contact the devs on discord if necessary.
They will probably be able to provide the answer you are looking for.
