No but why waste ressources for things that aren't needed now?

why providing the possibility for more players to try/buy the game is a waste of resources?

Because when a game is heavily in development and features shift around or are just not finished yet, 'getting more players' shouldn't be the priority.
It's like you would send gaming websites review copies when you think the game is worth reviewing, not of the earliest possible pre-alpha build.

I thought I was the only one LOL that had that issue do you get this

LowLevelFatalError[FileUnknown][Line198]UnrealEngine is exiting due D3D device being lost (Error0x887A006 HUNG)

I don't know what is causing the problem I have all new drivers on everything. Its a pain when the game drops at random because you can't invest the time playing the game for fear of the game dropping. I emailed my dxdiag maybe they can figure it out.

I also find that the start up is slow and hangs alittle to long with a black screen

Same problem here

I wish they would fix this issue
evilgtv 27 Sep, 2020 @ 5:55am
I have a Aorus 1080ti that crashes on a lot of games, sometimes even just loading the menu screen. Fix for me is just to have an Afterburner profile with the core clock set to -25mhz, and then it never crashes. You can crank the power and voltage limits up as well if you want an extra frame or two, it should be perfectly stable once the core is dropped back a bit. Different cards might want more taken off the core clock, they just seem to boost a bit too high.

No idea if this game crashes if I don't do that, I've just gotten into the habit of setting -25mhz before loading ANY game now.
