Report a translation problem
You can find your savegame in %LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames.
To upload it, just use a site like wetransfer.com to create a link for you that you can paste here.
But yeah it isn't changing. It's showing the changed number when I go back into the game settings menu, but it just isn't happening.
Without savegame it'll be hard to find the issue if they can't reproduce it themselves.
You can also see the option for 3 days per season, but you can't use it there. If you increase the days for the first time and just click out of habit, I think you can make a mistake. I think I was confused when I first tried it out.
Are you sure you've selected the right variant?
Weirdly when I change other options I can see them change in game, it just refuses to change the season length
