Two Questions

1) The quests "管事的秘密之制藥與走訪"
Talk to Unislawa, she asked me for a wine, but the quest did not told which kind of wine she need.

2) No more deer head can be loot after the update patch.

1) It should show clearly in the quest log what you need. If it really doesn't, could you upload your savegame so I can have a look?
You can find your savegame in %LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames.
To upload it, just use a site like wetransfer.com to create a link for you that you can paste here

2) It's a random drop. Your are probably just unlucky.

This link worked, thank you.
I looked at the quest, it indeed does not mention what wine, because she is happy with any type. Just talk to her when you have any type of wine in your inventory and it'll work.
