Error as of 7/4/2025 Keeps Game from Starting

The following error keeps popping up when I try to open a multiplayer save.
"LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line:3227]
Material
/Game/GFX/Characters/Materials/Fabric/M_BlackClothes.M_BlackClothes : Serial size mismatch: Got 75361, Expected 106841"

This save was started as soon as the Plant a Tree Update was released. We were going to play over the 4th of July weekend, but it will not start now. I have run verify file integrity. But the error is still happening.

Just to make sure, you don't get the error if you start a new game in co-op mode?

Could you try verifying the installation again and afterwards restart your pc, just to be sure?
(right click Medieval Dynasty in the list of games in your Steam library, pick 'installed files' and then 'verify integrity of game files')

If still the error; could you upload your savegame so the devs can have a look?

You can find your savegame in %LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames.
To upload it, just use a site like wetransfer.com to create a link for you that you can paste here.

And I have to ask, did you edit your savegame in any way? Either yourself or through an external program like WeMod?
