Please add and option in setting where you can dissable npc names until you meet them.
I always find bad for immersion that you already "know" all the npc names.
it would be more immersive if you dont know until you introduce yourself or they introduce themselves to you, in that way the game feels more organic and natural.
Maybe you can add a new feature with dialog to make this happen.
or a simple toggle option in game settings where you dissable show npc names on mouse over.
