Babies should display their age in "months"/seasons
Just for convenience, so you know how long it will be until the mother returns to the workforce.

Aye, I've wished for this...and a 1, 2 or 3 added with the pregnant icon to know which trimester they are in.

Oh, that would be really good. In my old save game, my wife has been unemployed for ca. 1.5-2 years because she's only taking care of the baby. I find that strange.
