Try the following already:
- restart your pc (yes, sounds like a stupid suggestion, but we had people before reporting weird issues when their pc had been running for weeks without having been shut down)
- verify the game files to make sure nothing is corrupt: right click Medieval Dynasty in the list of games in your Steam library, pick 'installed files' and then 'verify integrity of game files'
- update graphics card drivers
- check that you have the same resolution ingame as in windows
- try changing the windowed mode ingame to fullscreen windowed: <escape> - settings - graphics - Window mode - Windowed fullscreen
- limit your fps ingame to 60 : settings - graphics - Frame rate limit
(make sure to accept changes at the bottom)
- make sure that your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking any game files
Do you still have crashes after that?
Unfortunately, yes. It happens without warning and very randomly. I'm not sure what more to try.
Next step would be to run DISM and Sfc/scannow to fix any errors in your windows installation ( https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image )
Can you try that and see if that fixes your crashes?
