I don't want to sound ungrateful (love this game), but couldn't that be hotfixed pretty fast, when it's a bug?
If you change the rendering to DX12 (need to restart the game after changing that), you should now have the option to turn on the performance boost technology to Intel XESS.
Keep in mind that the frame generation there only works for Intel Graphic Cards!!
If you switch to dx12, you will only have one option available: XeSS, but no DLSS or FSR. Does that make sense? Why?
