Do you get an error message when it crashes?

Try the following already:

- verify the game files to make sure the installation went well: right click Medieval Dynasty in the list of games in your Steam library, pick 'installed files' and then 'verify integrity of game files' and afterwards restart your PC

- update graphics card drivers

- change to DX11 ingame: settings - graphics - rendering mode - DX11 (Don't forget to accept changes at the bottom)

- try changing the windowed mode ingame to fullscreen windowed: <escape> - settings - graphics - Window mode - Windowed fullscreen

- limit your fps ingame to 60 : settings - graphics - Frame rate limit
(make sure to accept changes at the bottom)

- Go to device manager in Windows and check under display drivers if you have a second GPU listed there (an onboard one on your motherboard). If you do, please right click and 'disable device' and afterwards restart your pc.

- make sure that your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking/quarantining any game files

Do you still have crashes after taking those steps?

I did all of those steps and I still crash every 10 to 20 minutes. The only error message I get is ''Your game crashed'' No error code or anything...

First run run DISM and Sfc/scannow to fix any errors in your windows installation ( https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image )

If you still have crashes after that, please upload a dxdiag report: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85

To upload it, you can use a site like wetransfer.com or something similar to create a link for you to paste here.
