If still nothing afterwards, Could you check the following:
- that the DLC "Echoes of Nature" is listed in the Steam properties of Medieval Dynasty with a blue checkmark indicating that it's installed: https://imgur.com/a/eCDZXy8
- on the main menu if the DLC is mentioned like this on the first dot: https://imgur.com/a/dGJ1Hb9 with the little green banner and checkmark on the left?
If both of those are ok, then it means you have access to the DLC ingame and all should be working fine.
With a few games this is true, but the vast majority of games with DLC's this is not the case. If you can play the game in a co-op or server based enviroment, with 1 player having the DLC and the other not, then the content is in the base game. If all players require the DLC to use it then it's not in the base game to be unlocked with purchase. Personally I dislike the former of these, as it often creates a "pay to win" style of game play
