quicky question
lets say i killed everyone in the biggest camp top right in oxbow... how long until they spawn back in? a season? a year? multiple years?

It's completely random. And if they respawn, it'll be like one of the random camp spawn points on the map; so the respawned bandits will be there only for one or two seasons til they despawn again.
