1. A bit less than 360% ammo for team per 30 minutes havoc with their 1% per 5 sec ammo regeneration
2. 50 golden toughness for 15 seconds and boss stagger once per 30 seconds -6 seconds per disabler
3. Can buff boss damage by 32% and also gives constant 7.5%-10% damage buff with keystone
4. Some other less important team buffs - when they restore toughness their allies get 15% of it, can improve med and ammo packs, and can give allies 15% toughness and 20% damage buff for 3 sec when vet shots something near them
5. Vets can get grenade per minute and with 5% per elite which died from somewhere in coherency, this results in amasing amount of frag/krak grenades on havoc and also vet can constantly have team in smoke
6. Better in shooting than any other class
Bad things on vets:
1. Not tanky
2. Big part of skill tree is annoying to use
3. Everyone expects 1 build from you
Arbites:
1. More tanky
2. Explosive dog once per minute or shock mine once per minute without dog, dog is usefull and shock mine can do magic unless some smite-happy psyker constantly staggers everything without thinking
3. Stronger melee
4. Nuncio aquila - cheap version of zealot chorus, except zealots have constant 200% cooldown regeneration speed and arbites have just +50% on one of keystones
Bad things on arbites:
1. Team support, people often don't even take anything for this in their builds, and thats like -1 player from default team which we had before arbites
Thats pretty much all i guess, and also you are wrong in comparing paid tanky and more team-supportive version of zealot stealth loner with a veteran
The game costs about $40, so the Veteran ain't free. XD
The Veteran shares no abilities or playstyles with the Arbites. Comparing them is comparing apples to oranges.
And if you want a more sophisticated argument, you will need to put in more effort into your opening posts.
