I would like an in-game notice of what the possible havoc modifiers currently are and how long it will be before there are changes to the possible havoc modifiers. Also if we could permanently retire blight spread that would be great, I have literally only met one single player that said they don't heavily dislike playing with blight spread at high havoc levels.
