Intermittent heavy frame drops and game-breaking stuttering

So I decided to play today and noticed that I get random frame drops to the point that I freeze up for a fraction of a second(from 120+ fps to below 10 fps). Doesn't matter if nothing is happening, or if we're being swarmed, it comes and goes at it pleases.
When you are fighting a horde, timing is key. But timing goes straight down the toilet once those stutters starts f****ng with my flow.

Is it just me/my rig? Or are anyone else experiencing this lately?
I tried a Nvidia driver roll-back, didn't work at all.

Specs:
i9-13900K
RTX3080Ti
64GB 5200 MHz
1440p 165Hz

I'm having the same issue with a 5800X3D and a 6950XT so I guess it's something with this update. Mostly browsing the forums to see if anyone's figured out a cause.

I tried a few rounds yesterday, and didn't seem to get any of the drops I spoke of in this post. If there was any drops, they were not noticeable by me. There have been a small patch since this post was made, dunno if that fixed it.
Seeing as you replied only 4 hours ago, I guess you're still affected by it?
Before I posted, I noticed the issue mostly in the newest map, but yesterday I had none of those issues there at all. Beats me.

Had this problem since yesterday, just random rubberbanding and lags.
Also had 2 or 3 missions with immensly worse fps than normal.

People in the same lobby also had this issue.
