Ai Director
what's the point of spawning gunners and everything else 100 times right in front of me. Is the Ai Director actually playing the game himself or is he just trolling us all?

In Auric level, my Team got wipe out in seconds when the Director unleash around 20 framers, 30 Poxburster, 30 Pox Hounds, 15 scab trapper, 30 Scab Ragers, 10 Scab Bombers

There also times a Scab Gunner can down my character in 1 sec, also trash enemies spawn behind me kills my character with just 2 hits while usually a rager take 4-5 hits before he could down my character.

If AI Director wants you dead, you are dead no matter what do you.
higher difficulties are hard on the poor thing because it'll make a place to spawn enemies and there will suddenly be a stealthed zealot that runs over there after they've started to spawn them. it was build for slower games and it's very hard for it to work well when everything's going so fast. sprint was honestly a mistake.

Wrong. You can solo out of almost anything if you dont suck. Also there are caps on how many specials can spawn. So for example you cant have more than 3 natural bombers. Only malestoem modifers can break that rule.

I think sprint is part of what makes me enjoy Darktide more than Vermintide 2 but I think there shouldn't be too much deviation between the sprinting speed of different classes/builds so people can't easily run too far ahead of others.

I also think the new Pox Gas mutation makes the problem even more evident when some players are faster than others in the same match. When Pox Gas starts appearing, I remarked that most people don't want to wait it out but rather rush through to the next Pox-free section. With highly-deviating sprinting speed for players, I was often finding myself left behind because I had slower build for my Ogryn and I couldn't consistently catch up with others despite sprinting all the time. I did sorta fix it by using some weapons that favored sprinting speed, but that was annoying at the beginning, before I changed my build.

There was once a zombie mod to half life 2 i believe. There been two teams, survivors (humans) and zombies (obviously). On some maps was a director who was a zombie who spawned traps and other zombies. That was actually very fun. I wouldnt mind a new game mode where a human can play the ai director and the others have to stop him. That would be very fun. Never saw a similar mod after. That was very innovative tbh. I little bit like dungeon keeper but not with bots but real human players. I miss the times when hl² was new. 20 years ago... our world was not so messed up like today...

you are thinking of zombie master

it has one player who controls zombies RTS style while facing a team of any where between 15 and 31 players who have to complete objectives while the master uses traps and zombies to stop them

it was not some maps but all maps

you may of mixed it up with zombie panic which did have a pvp survivors vs zombies style where a team of zombies that starts small must fight a larger survivor team that would slowly be converted over to the zombie team with each death making it into a last man standing type game unless the survivors could complete all objectives and escape
