Probably driver-related? Refresh them, or (if you already have the latest ones) roll back to the previous.

Someone else had similar problems recently. Have you any mods installed ?

I haven't installed any mods, I've never encountered such a big error. I can't interfere with the cloud system, but it has nothing to do with this. It could be the developers' fault. They should intervene.

I'm playing through Nvidia GeForce Now, I think it happened after the new patch. Everything is fine. Only character and npc speech sounds disappeared.

I'm playing through Nvidia GeForce Now, I think it happened after the new patch. Everything is fine. Only character and npc speech sounds disappeared.

Same, playing via GFN and after a new patch character and npc speech disapeared too.

I wrote to the developers about the problem. The problem stems from GeForce Now. If the language you select in GeForce Now is not supported in the dubbing, this problem occurs. I set the game language in GeForce Now to English and then selected the subtitle option in my own country's language from the game menu. This solved the problem. However, the developers agreed with me and contacted Nvidia. :)
