Due to our misscomunication with Steam we had to postpone the release date of Crisis in the Kremlin: The Cold War. We are deeply sorry for that and we will take measures to prevent this from happening in future. However, we are happy to announce that after our consultations with Steam representatives we decided on a new release date. Crisis in the Kremlin: The Cold War will be released on the 11th of July.

We will delight you with a 10% discount, which will be active for a limited time after the release.

Headache inducing

I tried the demo and I must say it isn't that bad, better english and better style. The problem is that, like China Mao's Legacy, it's headache inducing (and here it's even worse): you don't have turns so the game "flows" and it flows very quickly, and while the game move quickly a thousand different currencies go up and down and no player can keep an eye on all of that. This game badly needs a turns system, like 4 or 6 turns for a year (3 months, 2 months), in which you can take any actions you want as l...

What's "Diminishing Returns Impulse"?

First of all, I see real improvements here in terms of clarity of what influences what compared to earlier games by Nostalgames/Kremlin Games. Stat influences and decision effects are now pretty clear and allow informed calculating. However, there are two things I couldn't figure out yet. First, what is the "Dminishing Returns Impulse" and what influences it? It's the most significant influence for almost every crucial stat, but there is no explanation or mention of it outside of the statistics overview. S...
