Patch notes:

Replaced unsafe dictionary look-ups for Political Factions and Pirate Factions
Fixed bug causing Pirate Base to be empty, pirates now perform emergency recruitment
Fixed bug where Player units could receive experience from Pirate units performing training
Fixed bug where audio sources could be released prematurely, leading to interrupted sounds
Fixed bug where auto-turrets attempted to fire at terrain
Fixed bug where unit destruction during the same frame as mission ending could crash the game
Fixed bug preventing pirate factions from electing a new leader

I just played the demo a bit, and already like what I see Please don't give up or abandon the project, because this is exactly the kind of game I've been wanting ever since I got into Battletech!

Play the campaign intro (1-2 hours)
Command squads of Mechs, Tanks, VTOLs, and Infantry
Build and level up your forces as they gain experience

Windowed mode?

Enjoying the Medusa-B, having a lot of fun. However, I have encountered an issue: I have the game running at 3820x2160, and for whatever reason, it's in windowed mode. As far as I can tell, the menus are unaffected, but the loading screen and in-game missions are cut off a little at the bottom of the screen. It does not affect my enjoyment in any meaningful way, just thought I'd mention it. If anything, it’s turning out to be an excellent mech game....

I don't care much for the graphics

As long as it plays as advertised, I'm good. I just hope its not all clunky and unplayable with boring mechanics. I love to conquer planets, fight pirates, and fight other empires. Maybe sow chaos and plunge the galaxy into darkness where pirates will rule for some time. Is there diplomacy? Played the demo and here are some feedbacks

What I liked: - Ale to contest for the planets through missions that actually makes since and not just doing one mission and the planet is ours. - Having to establish a beachhead before we can make an incursion - able to do missions that will allow us to capture their facilities on the planet we are invading and use them. - Able to weaken their strength to make annexation easier - Able to call in reinforcements - Pirates being able to build a base of operations on planets, raid other factions, and rise in ...

Absolute Passion Project

I've got to say, this is an amazing game. I forgot I was playing a demo until it so rudely interupeted me. This game has everything I've been looking for in a mech game for years. It screams passion project, the dev is clearly a fan of the genre and got sick of there not being the perfect game so he decided to make it himself.
