Souma, the main character, is hospitalized and falls in love at first sight with his doctor, Dr. Isami! Even though he keeps getting dumped, he is undeterred and makes a fierce attack, involving "boobs"! Eventually, the doctor begins to enjoy the silly interactions with Souma.
