Bearing in mind the answer is YES, let's focus on the WHY. For Rome II specifically, the reason is battle length. I can send my 1 Hastati unit vs 3 or 4 enemy infantry and hold out a losing fight for frigging 10 minutes. While that happens, I can micromanage winnable fights and then flank the enemy to help the losing hastati and win the day. Battle length in Rome 2 is the sole factor that almost guarantees player victory in every unfavorable odds battle. Thoughts?...

Title explains all. I’m playing DEI (and have been for a number of years, never had this issue before)…whenever I play my second battle of that session then the bar never loads. The game doesn’t freeze but the load time is infinite. This happens at EVERY second battle on campaign mode....

I'm pretty deep into a save now and don't want to restart. Every time this turn ends, it just quits to desktop. I've tried messing with my NVIDIA GPU settings, tried restarting the game and computer, and just now reinstalled and loaded up the save only for it to crash again. Any direction for what to do?...
