I will use this topic to report any bugs and other issues I might find along my playthrough. I just started the game and theres already a problem with the pause menu. When I pause the game the game gets stuck on the pause menu. I can still ear the sound effects, go to the inventory but the UI "pause" screen doesnt go away and the character movement does not work....

There is a sort of game breaking bug a friend and myself have encountered; When going into the inventory there if we select Maps there are never any maps available even after we picked up a couple, but we can at least exit back to the normal inventory. Additionally if we select Notes in the inventory the music continues to play but the whole game freezes requiring us to kill the process from Task Manager. My friend is using the Steam version. I am using the GOG version. Are there any ways to fix this?...

Is it just me, or don't achievements get unlocked? According to the percentage of individual achievements, the first achievement is unlocked to one in five out of 100... :(

Firstly I just want to thank you for providing me with a review key. Some things I noticed that will need to be fixed upon release. The nude statue near the electrical will cause a game breaking bug if you walk behind it too far. Your game will lock up completely and you can only interact with the menu screens.
